Returns and Product Policy
Buyer must notify issue(s) within one week (7 days including business and non-business days) of purchase to qualify for return.
Due to the nature of personal flavor preferences and sanitation we cannot accept any returns of open product (those having the tamper evident band removed or visibility tampered with).
Supplier agrees to stand behind all merchandise and replace defective products if necessary. Buyer shall refund defective products that are returned by consumers for full credit. Supplier agrees to accept all returns, issuing full refund or credit at Buyer’s option. A package which has been damaged in transit must be refused at the time of delivery in order for Supplier to assume responsibility.
